Spicy Salmon Filling

Ingredients
  Dairy sour cream 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 1 Package, 85 Gram)
  Horseradish sauce 30 Milliliter (Bottled, 2 Tablespoon)
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Canned salmon 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 439 Gram)
Directions

Assemble Mixer.
In small mixer bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, horseradish sauce, and pepper at LOW then at MEDIUM-HIGH until smooth.
Add salmon and mix at LOW just until combined.
Chill thoroughly before filling puffs.
