Spicy Salmon Filling

|Dairy sour cream||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (At Room Temperature, 1 Package, 85 Gram)|
|Horseradish sauce||30 Milliliter (Bottled, 2 Tablespoon)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Canned salmon||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 439 Gram)|
In small mixer bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, horseradish sauce, and pepper at LOW then at MEDIUM-HIGH until smooth.
Add salmon and mix at LOW just until combined.
Chill thoroughly before filling puffs.
