Shrimp Spread with Oyster Sauce

A very oily shrimp appetizer but delicious. The recipe is ideal for afternoon snacks.
  Shelled shrimps 150 Gram
  Bread triangles 5
  Egg 1
  Green onion stalk 1 Medium, chopped
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Potato starch 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sunflower oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon

Place all the ingredients in the food processor but bread, frying oil and sesame seeds. Blend to obtain a fluffy shrimp paste. Once ready, spread on both sides of bread and coat with sesame seeds, fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
