A very oily shrimp appetizer but delicious. The recipe is ideal for afternoon snacks.
Green onion stalk
1 Medium, chopped
2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Place all the ingredients in the food processor but bread, frying oil and sesame seeds. Blend to obtain a fluffy shrimp paste. Once ready, spread on both sides of bread and coat with sesame seeds, fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
