Once you try this Apricot Spread recipe, I'm sure you will always get hooked to this. This is the best Apricot Spread I've ever tasted. Everyone who tastes this is sure to gobble up the rest!
  Dried apricot halves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apple juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Place the apricots and apple juice in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the apricots are soft and only about 1/4 cup of liquid remains.
Place the cooked apricots and juice in a blender and process on low speed until smooth.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
