|Dried apricot halves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apple juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Place the apricots and apple juice in a small saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until the apricots are soft and only about 1/4 cup of liquid remains.
Place the cooked apricots and juice in a blender and process on low speed until smooth.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
