Herb Cheese Spread

  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat yogurt 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small Clove)
  Minced fresh coriander 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Teaspoon (For Garnish)

Place the cottage cheese in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Mash with the back of a wooden spoon until fairly smooth.
Stir in the yogurt, onions, garlic, coriander, thyme, and oregano.
