Herb Cheese Spread
|Low fat cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low fat yogurt||1 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced (Small Clove)|
|Minced fresh coriander||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
Place the cottage cheese in a medium-size mixing bowl.
Mash with the back of a wooden spoon until fairly smooth.
Stir in the yogurt, onions, garlic, coriander, thyme, and oregano.
