Apple Cheddar Spread

|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped tart apples||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (About 2 Medium)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Nonfat Or Reduced-Fat)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Place the cream cheese or farmer cheese and the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
Stir in the apples, Cheddar cheese, and dates.
Transfer the spread to a serving dish, cover, and chill for several hours.
