Apple Cheddar Spread

Ingredients
  Non fat cream cheese/Soft curd farmer cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped tart apples 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (About 2 Medium)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Nonfat Or Reduced-Fat)
  Chopped dates 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Place the cream cheese or farmer cheese and the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
Stir in the apples, Cheddar cheese, and dates.
Transfer the spread to a serving dish, cover, and chill for several hours.
