Don't know what to do with the leftover Easter eggs. Use them like a genius, here is how to.
Ingredients
  Boiled eggs 3
  Cheddar cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 1 Tablespoon, chop
  Sweet relish 1 Tablespoon
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, chop
  Yellow mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
  Table blend 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Mrs. dash)
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Chop onions, sweet relish and celery, set aside.
2. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix or smash all ingredients together.

SERVING
3. Serve it like a spread on fresh slice of bread.
