Party Blue Cheese Spread

Party Blue Cheese Spread is delicious with crackers. This sinfully tempting treat is my favorite choice for appetizers at a party! Try this Party Blue Cheese Spread recipe!
Ingredients
  Gelatin 1 (unflavored)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce, softened (1 package)
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Pound, crumbled
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green peppers/Finely chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In small glass bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water.
Heat at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until gelatin is dissolved; stir twice.
Add lemon juice; cool slightly.
Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth; stir in blue cheese, sour cream, green pepper, Worcestershire and gelatin mixture.
Turn into 3-cup mold or bowl and chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with crackers as a spread.
