Party Blue Cheese Spread
|Water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 package)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||1⁄4 Pound, crumbled|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green peppers/Finely chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
In small glass bowl, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over water.
Heat at HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, or until gelatin is dissolved; stir twice.
Add lemon juice; cool slightly.
Blend cream cheese and milk until smooth; stir in blue cheese, sour cream, green pepper, Worcestershire and gelatin mixture.
Turn into 3-cup mold or bowl and chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with crackers as a spread.
