Cream & Lox Spread

Ingredients
  Canned keta salmon 16 Ounce (1 Very Large Tin)
  Philadelphia cream cheese 16 Ounce (1 Package)
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Drain and separate salmon, remove bones.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with salmon until creamy.
Add horseradish (to taste), salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Refrigerate until chilled.
