Herbed Cheese Spread

|Yogurt cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh ground black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Whole)|
Blend all together, and refrigerate.
Mold into a ball, or place in small ramekins and serve with dark crackers.
You may vary the amounts of herbs to your own taste.
