Herbed Cheese Spread

Ingredients
  Yogurt cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Blend all together, and refrigerate.
Mold into a ball, or place in small ramekins and serve with dark crackers.
You may vary the amounts of herbs to your own taste.
