Savory Spinach Squares
Cook spinach in salted water until it separates. Drain. Return to pan and add cream cheese cut into small pieces. Melt and add cream of mushroom soup. Crush onions and add 1 2 can to spinach. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions
MAKING 1 In a saucepan bring to boil water spinach and salt for 5 minutes as the spinach turns tender. 2 Drain the spinach leaves and add in the chopped horseradish. SERVING 3 Garnish the Savory Spinach with chopped Canadian bacon bits. 4 Serve hot.
Saute bacon over medium heat in a large kettle until a light golden brown. Add washed spinach and cook with the salt as in Time Table until tender. Drain then add the horse radish mix well and serve.
Cook spinach in 1 4 cup of water 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain spinach mix in horseradish and bacon and serve.
