|Spinach||1⁄2 Pound, washed and drained|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seed||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, crushed|
Put oil, sesame seed and crushed garlic in large frypan.
Use high heat.
As seeds start to brown place in spinach, salt well and stir quickly until spinach is slightly wilted and coated with seeds.
Turn off heat.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, if desired.
