Spinach Nuggets

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce (2 Packages Of 10 Ounce Each)
  Minced dried onion 1 Tablespoon
  Herb seasoned stuffing croutons 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

In a saucepan cook the spinach and the dried onion according to spinach package directions.
Drain well.
In a mixing bowl combine the spinach mixture, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
Stir in beaten eggs and melted butter or margarine.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place the balls in a shallow pan.
Cover and freeze.
Transfer to freezer storage containers; return to freezer.
At serving time, place frozen nuggets in a shallow baking pan.
Bake in a 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or till heated through.
