Hi Style Spinach

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White bread slice 3 , cut in 1/2 inch cubes, crusts removed
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Coarse fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Heat spinach with water only until thawed.
Remove from heat (do not drain) and mix in the bread cubes, V3 cup butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, and seasoned salt.
Bring to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Turn mixture into an 8-inch square pan.
Toss 3 tablespoons butter into crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over top.
Heat in a 400°F oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until crumbs are golden brown
