Green And Gold Spinach Casserole
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce (Drained)|
|Frozen welsh rarebit||10 Ounce (1 Package, Defrosted)|
|Bacon slices||6 , cooked crumbled|
|Canned french fried onion rings||3 1⁄2 Ounce|
Microwave spinach as directed in chart .
Mix together spinach, water chestnuts and 1/3 of the welsh rarebit.
Spread in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle bacon over top and spread remaining welsh rarebit over casserole.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes [ROASTS, 6 to 7 minutes.] Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Sprinkle onion rings over top.
