  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce (Drained)
  Frozen welsh rarebit 10 Ounce (1 Package, Defrosted)
  Bacon slices 6 , cooked crumbled
  Canned french fried onion rings 3 1⁄2 Ounce

Microwave spinach as directed in chart .
Drain well.
Mix together spinach, water chestnuts and 1/3 of the welsh rarebit.
Spread in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle bacon over top and spread remaining welsh rarebit over casserole.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes [ROASTS, 6 to 7 minutes.] Give dish a 1/2 turn during cooking.
Sprinkle onion rings over top.
