Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
  Spinach 2 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Hard cooked egg yolks 2
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook spinach according to directions for boiled spinach No.1, drain well, and chop fine.
Return to fire, add butter, salt and pepper, and stir until the butter is melted, then add cream and chodoed volks and mix well.
