Nuts And Raisins Spinach Supreme

Ingredients
  Spinach 4 Pound (2 Kilogram)
  Olive oil 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Chopped raisins 2 Tablespoon
  Pine nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Anchovy fillets 6 , chopped
  Green olives 10 , pitted and chopped
  Black olives 10 , pitted and chopped
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash the spinach very well and remove center white stem.
Cook in a covered saucepan for five minutes. (Do not add any water.)
Drain the spinach and chop well.
Saute the garlic in the olive oil until golden brown.
Add the raisins, pine nuts, anchovy fillets, olives, capers and basil and mix well.
Mix in the spinach and heat thoroughly.
