Easy Turkey Spinach Crepes
|Diced cooked turkey/Chicken||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked chopped spinach||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz), undiluted|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix turkey, spinach, bread crumbs, cheese, onion, and 1/2 can condensed soup.
Fill crepes and roll up.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Combine rest of soup with milk and pour over crepes.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Heat at 350Â° for 15 minutes.
