Stir Fried Baby Spinach

Fresh Baby Spinach is so tasty and absolutely good for everyone. Fresh vegetables just take so much better than out of the can. Watch the video below and serve the spinach with steak, chicken or pork at your dinner table!!
  Fresh spinach leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh baby spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Dash

Melt butter and add small amount of water on medium heat.

Add spinach and cover to allow steam to build up and actually cook the spinach.

Should only take a few minutes.

this is so simple!! I think I'll add some fenugreek leaves and garlic to it...just a hint of both with liven this up as a great veggie side!! yum :)
