Fried Spinach

Fried Spinach is a simple delicious and nutritious dish. My children will eat spinach only if I prepare it in this method. Try the Fried Spinach, it is worth it!
Ingredients
  Spinach 2 Pound (or 3/4 lb frozen leaf spinach)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash the spinach thoroughly and drain off excess water, or defrost the frozen spinach.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan, add the leaf spinach and fry over fierce heat for 1 minute, stirring all the time, until the spinach softens.
Add the salt and soy sauce mix well and cook gently for another minute.
