Spinach With Nutmeg

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Spinach 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salted sunflower nuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Place oil in Dutch oven; add spinach.
Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes.
Cook and stir until spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes longer.
Stir in salt and nutmeg.
Sprinkle with sunflower nuts.
