Delicious Spinach Pudding

Golden, puffy and eggy - a great spinach side dish that won't make you gag like when you were a kid.
Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Pound, chop
  Butter 6 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Regular salt 3 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 4 Medium
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

MAKING
2. In a pan, heat the butter.
3. Add the spinach and cook until the welts.
4. Add nutmeg, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and milk and stir.
5. In a bowl, slightly beat eggs and pour into the pan.
6. Add the bread crumbs and mix.
7. Pour the mix intoa buttered casserole dish.
8. Pop into the oven for 15 minutes.

SERVING
9. Plate and serve as a side dish.
