Sesame Spinach

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 16 Ounce (1 packet)
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

"Bring 4 cups water to a boil; add spinach.
Bring to a boil again; turn off heat.
Let spinach stand for 5 minutes; drain well.
Arrange spinach evenly on large platter; refrigerate.
Cut spinach into 2-inch sections.
Combine all remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Pour sauce over spinach."
