Spinach, Pine Kernel and Sultana Stir Fry

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Spinach 2 Pound, washed and shredded (900 Gram)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pine kernels 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Sultanas 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan, heat some oil and stir the spinach.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Cover the pan, and cook for another 5 minutes until spinach turns soft.
4. Season to taste.

SERVING
5. Serve the Spinach, Pine Kernel and Sultana Stir Fry as starter, or with Pita bread.
