Spinach, Pine Kernel and Sultana Stir Fry
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Spinach||2 Pound, washed and shredded (900 Gram)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Pine kernels||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Sultanas||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
1. In a large pan, heat some oil and stir the spinach.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Cover the pan, and cook for another 5 minutes until spinach turns soft.
4. Season to taste.
5. Serve the Spinach, Pine Kernel and Sultana Stir Fry as starter, or with Pita bread.
