Baked Spinach

Ingredients
  Cooked spinach 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Prosciutto slice 2 , diced
  Eggs 5
  Heavy cream 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350F.

MAKING
2) In a skillet, heat oil olive and melt the butter together.
3) Add in the onions, garlic and prosciutto and saute till it browns lightly.
4) Add in the onion mixture to a large baking dish of spinach.
5) In a bowl, beat the eggs along with heavy cream. Add in pepper and mix well.
6) Pour the mixture over the spinach.
7) Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes till the cheese has melted.

SERVING
8) Serve the Baked Spinach hot. Garnish with more cheese on top, if desired.
