Quick Spinach Saute
|Vegetable oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh garlic||1⁄8 Teaspoon, minced|
|Spinach leaves||6 Ounce, washed well and drained|
1) Take a 10-inch skillet and heat oil in it.
2) SautÃ© garlic in it just until it begins to turn golden.
3) Mix in spinach, salt, and pepper and cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until spinach is cooked well.
4) Serve hot.
