Spinach With Sesame

Ingredients
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh spinach 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter flavored salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate at 350°.
2) Cut tough stems of spinach and wash carefully.

MAKING
3) Sprinkle sesame seeds on cookie sheet and toast.
4) Bake in oven till brown but do not let it burn.
5) In a saucepan place spinach with water clinging on leaves.
6) Add salt and cook the spinach uncovered over moderate heat till tender.
7) Sprinkle sesame seeds over cooked spinach.

SERVING
8) Serve hot.
