|Prosciutto/Reduced-sodium ham||1 Ounce, cut into thin strips (Italian-Style Ham)|
|Pine nuts||1⁄2 Ounce|
1. In a 1-quart microwavable casserole, mix margarine and garlic.
2. Cover and cook over High for 1 minute; stir once after 30 seconds.
3. Add rest of the ingredients to the casserole; cover and cook on High for 3 minutes until spinach is wilted; stir once after every 1 minute.
4. Serve immediately.
