Spinach Sauté

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Spinach leaves 4 Cup (64 tbs), thoroughly washed and drained, chopped
  Prosciutto/Reduced-sodium ham 1 Ounce, cut into thin strips (Italian-Style Ham)
  Pine nuts 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1. In a 1-quart microwavable casserole, mix margarine and garlic.
2. Cover and cook over High for 1 minute; stir once after 30 seconds.
3. Add rest of the ingredients to the casserole; cover and cook on High for 3 minutes until spinach is wilted; stir once after every 1 minute.

SERVING
4. Serve immediately.
