Sauteed Spinach

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), halved
  Torn fresh spinach 20 Ounce (16 Cups)
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a Duch oven, heat oil over a medium to high heat; add garlic and allow to saute till the garlic turns brown
2. Add the spinach and saute for a couple of minutes till the spinach begins to wilt; you may want to do away with the garlic now
3. Add lemon juice and salt and saute for another couple of minutes

SERVING
4. Serve as appropriate
