Spinach With Sour Cream
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook frozen spinach in small amount of water with onion, until spinach is thawed.
Beat eggs; mix rest of ingredients with spinach, onions and eggs.
Bake in greased casserole for 25 to 30 minutes in 350° oven, or until center is set.
Do not overcook as it will separate.
