Ingredients
  Spinach 1⁄2 Pound
  Grated coconut 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄2
  Salt To Taste
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Warm milk and add coconut, and soak for 1/2 hour, keeping it warm.
Strain and add the cleaned spinach, onion and seasoning and cook gently for 15 to 20 minutes.
