Curried Spinach

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce (Cooked By Package Directions And Drained Well)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low flame.
2. Add sour cream, spices and seasonings and blend well.
3. Dress the warm spinach with this sauce.
4. Toss well to mix

SERVING
5. Serve warm in a bowl or plate along with your main course.
6. Use creamed spinach to make a warm salad or as a filling for a pie.
