|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened|
|Melted butter||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Stir together cream cheese, butter and nutmeg. Stir in spinach, spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350ºF oven for 20 minutes. Or cover and microwave at 100 percent power for 3 minutes.
