Creamed Spinach Puree

|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Frozen spinach||20 Ounce, cooked, squeezed dry and finely chopped or pureed (2 Packages Of 10 Ounce Each)|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Pinch|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Brown butter in medium saucepan over medium heat, being careful not to burn.
Mix in remaining ingredients except salt and pepper and heat through, stirring constantly.
Season to taste.
