Creamed Spinach Puree

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)
  Frozen spinach 20 Ounce, cooked, squeezed dry and finely chopped or pureed (2 Packages Of 10 Ounce Each)
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Grated nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Brown butter in medium saucepan over medium heat, being careful not to burn.
Mix in remaining ingredients except salt and pepper and heat through, stirring constantly.
Season to taste.
