Creamed Spinach

Ingredients
  Spinach 4 Bunch (400 gm)
  Butter 30 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Wash the spinach thoroughly in cold water after removing any coarse leaves.
2. Place in a saucepan with only the water adhering to the leaves after washing.
3. Cook till tender. Drain.
4. Chop and rub through a sieve. Add butter and seasoning.
