Savory Spinach

Ingredients
  Bacon strip 2
  Spinach 2 Pound
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Horseradish 2 Tablespoon (Bottled)
Directions

Saute bacon over medium heat in a large kettle until a light golden brown.
Add washed spinach, and cook with the salt as in Time Table, until tender.
Drain; then add the horse-radish, mix well, and serve.
