Spinach Twists

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Boiled spinach 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda bicarbonate 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1 Pinch
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Kneading)
Directions

Sieve flour, salt, soda-bicarb, pepper and cinnamon together in a large mixing bowl.
Keep spinach in a strainer so that excess water is drained.
Grind it to a paste.
Mix butter to flour with fingers.
Add spinach to it.
Knead to a hard dough with milk.
Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Knead again and roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick.
Prick slightly with fork.
Cut strips of 2 cm x 4 cm.
Twist them slightly from the centre.
Grease a baking tray and put the twists over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the tray and cool completely.
