Ingredients
  Spinach 3 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Place spinach leaves with water clinging to them in covered saucepan and cook for 5 to 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
Serve with butter or vinegar, salt and pepper.
