Spinach And Potato Bake

Ingredients
  Spinach 1⁄2 Kilogram, chopped fine and boil
  Spinach 1⁄2 Kilogram, chopped fine and boiled
  Potatoes 1⁄4 Kilogram, boiled and mashed fine
  Paneer 1⁄4 Kilogram, cut into thin square slices
For white sauce
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Maida 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. In a casserole set the spinach mixed with half of the white sauce, salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 tsp mustard.
2. Cover with paneer slices.
3. The last layer consists of the mashed potatoes mixed with the rest of white sauce, salt and pepper and 1 tbsp grated cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in moderate oven for 1/2 hour till evenly golden brown on top. The middle layer of paneer can be replaced by boiled macroni.
