|Grated parmesan cheese||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Finely minced onion||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Whipping cream||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Melted butter/Margarine||5 Tablespoon, divided (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoons)|
|Cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Add cheese, onion, cream, and 1/4 cup butter.
Spoon into a well-greased 4-cup ring mold.
Combine cracker crumbs and remaining 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle over spinach.
Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
