Crispy Spinach Parcels

  Refined flour 1 Kilogram
  Butter 250 Gram
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Spinach 500 Gram, blanched and chopped fine
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Pine nuts 100 Gram
  Sumac 25 Gram
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

To prepare the dough - melt butter, add to the flour and knead, adding as much water as you need, into a ball.
For the stuffing - Saute onions and pinenuts in olive oil.
Add spinach and sumak powder.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the dough into thin sheets, cut in circles measuring approximately 4 " in diameter.
Place a small amount of the stuffing into the centre.
Fold over to form a semi-circle and close the edges.
Deep fry till golden brown.
For a richer version, add a small amount of cream cheese chopped, feta or hung curd to the stuffing mixture
