  Double cream 5 Tablespoon (Heavy Cream)
  Ground nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan.
Heat slowly, stirring frequently until most of the liquid has evaporated
