Baked Spinach With Mozzarella Cheese

Ingredients
  Bread slice 8 , crusts removed
  Mozzarella cheese slice 8 Ounce (Eight 1 Ounce Pieces)
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Pizza sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place 4 bread slices in a square 9-inch casserole.
Arrange 4 slices of cheese over bread.
Cook spinach in a small amount of salted water until thawed.
Drain and spread over cheese slices.
Top with pizza sauce, remaining bread and cheese slices.
Combine milk and salt with beaten eggs; pour over sandwiches.
Sprinkle paprika over top.
Bake in a 350° F.oven about 45 minutes or until browned.
This casserole can be prepared in advance, refrigerated and baked at serving time.
Add 15 minutes to baking time.
