Eating steamed Fresh Spinach is a healthy option and always remember it is better to steam it than to boil it. So here it is! Follow the direction and make your very own steamed fresh spinach for a healthy side dish.
Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 1 Pound
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, freshly ground
Directions

Discard stems from spinach and rinse the leaves thoroughly to remove any sand particles; drain.
Place spinach in a steamer over boiling water.
Cover and steam until leaves are tender.
Remove from steamer and turn spinach into a heated serving dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss to completely coat.
