Tasty Creamed Spinach

Creamed Spinach is an easy yet delicious side dish recipe. Try this Creamed Spinach; I am sure you will get a lot of compliments.
Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Press spinach to remove all moisture; set aside.
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour; cook until bubbly.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cook until thickened.
Add spinach; continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until spinach is tender.
Season with salt, pepper and cheese.
