Tasty Creamed Spinach
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1 Dash|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
Press spinach to remove all moisture; set aside.
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in flour; cook until bubbly.
Slowly stir in milk.
Cook until thickened.
Add spinach; continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until spinach is tender.
Season with salt, pepper and cheese.
