Crispy Spinach Cracklings

This is a nice snack dish. You can enjoy it over a cup of coffee.
  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), washed and diced
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Cooking oil 500 Milliliter (For Deep Frying)

Adobo dip
Combine 1/2 tbsp Mama Sita's Adobo mix and 1 cup sour cream and chill before serving.

In a bowl, combine flour, cornstartch, pepper, salt and gradually add water and mix well.
Coat each spinach leaf in the batter and fry.
Drain all the excess oil.
Serve it with adobo dip.
