Exotic Spinach Dish
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Celery stalks||3 , chopped|
|Green onions||3 , chopped (Including Tops)|
|Parsley||4 Ounce, chopped (1/2 Bunch)|
|Butter/Margarine||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Butter Stick)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dry corn bread dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Packaged)|
|Oysters||1⁄2 Pint, chopped|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook spinach until tender; drain.
Lightly saute celery, onion, and parsley in butter or margarine.
Combine spinach and sauteed vegetables with worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, corn bread dressing, and oysters.
Bake in a greased casserole at 350° for 25 minutes.
Top with cheese and return to oven for an additional 5 minutes
