Baked Chopped Spinach

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 30 Ounce (3 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Thaw and drain spinach well.
Blend onion soup mix with sour cream, and stir into spinach.
Pour into a 2 qt.casserole and top with bread crumbs and grated cheese.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
