Butternut Squash With Anise

Ingredients
  Butternut squash 1 Pound
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Anise seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Peel squash; dice or slice and cook in boiling water until soft, about 7 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
Place in food processor with anise seed and butter and puree.
