Corn And Peppers
|Melted butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green peppers||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh corn pulp/Canned corn||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Melted margarine||2 Tablespoon|
To the melted butter, add onions and green peppers.
Saute until soft.
Add flour, then add corn, milk and salt.
Turn into a baking dish.
Stir cracker crumbs with the 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
Spread on top of corn mixture.
Bake at 350Â° for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
