Corn And Peppers

Corn and peppers is a baked preparation made with cooked green peppers, onions and corn. Combined together with flour, milk and cracker crumbs, the corn and peppers may be served as a filling side in a meal.
Ingredients
  Melted butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh corn pulp/Canned corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cracker crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted margarine 2 Tablespoon
Directions

To the melted butter, add onions and green peppers.
Saute until soft.
Add flour, then add corn, milk and salt.
Turn into a baking dish.
Stir cracker crumbs with the 2 tablespoons melted margarine.
Spread on top of corn mixture.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
