Ginger Balls

Ginger balls are non-ccoked desserts made with the crumbs of ginger snap cookies. Mixed with honey and corn syrup along with cocoa, nuts and bourbon, the ginger balls are chilled and rolled in confectioner's sugar before serving.
Ingredients
  Ginger snaps 30
  Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocoa 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Dark corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Confectioner's sugar 4 Ounce (Bourbon)
Directions

Crush ginger snaps fine and combine with nuts and cocoa.
Add honey, corn syrup and bourbon.
Mix well.
Cool for 2 hours.
Roll into 1 inch balls.
Roll in confectioners' sugar.
Allow to dry one day.
